How does the EULA deal with unauthorized access to the sticker?

If I attach my sticker to a compliant surface, such as a guitar (the surface being under the public domain), how do I handle unauthorized transfer by theoretical friends to a proprietary surface, such as an Activision® Guitar Hero III® controller?

Do I simply have to demonstrate that I made good faith efforts to secure access the the original surface, or am I liable regardless?

I suspect my "FTW" sticker might be counterfeit, with the typo and all. I bought it form someone I thought was a legitimate dealer (thedailyFTW.com, who referred me to a guy in the alley wearing a trench coat).

Do you have a program for potentially duped users such as myself to upgrade our counterfeit stickers to legitimate, properly licensed ones?

The form didn't submit... was there some nasty scripting required? Did some part of the page not arrive? I was not to know for upon refresh I found my opportunity had passed.

Wow those went fast, I kept hitting F5 every 10 seconds 'til 2:00 EST. My form got through, believe me I typed as fast as I could though! I think it would be cool if the first 10 usernames to apply for the sticker were shown, to flaunt their fast typing skills. I'm not a fast typist, btw

I also waited for the stroke of 2, and my form did go through, but I didn't rush with my information, I figured once I was in the gate that I had claimed a sticker-slot, but perhaps not. In which case, I was lucky, hurrah.

What about if I sell the Surface to somebody else and want them to have the sticker as well? According to your EULA, I would have to uninstall the sticker, and have them re-install it on the same Surface. That seems cumbersome.

You need to upgrade to a house with HDSP-compliant walls, doors and windows. It should only cost a few hundred thousand dollars, I don't see what the big fuss is.

It turns out I do not have an authentic WTF sticker, and now my computer has locked me out. Apparently, Macrovision and Microsoft teamed up and installed a sticker-detecting tool on the surface of my case that since transmitted the data to my OS.

I've tried calling technical support all the Microsoft reps I spoke to said I'd have to format the harddrive and start over with a new sticker. Is there someone who can send me a sticker upgrade CD that will unlock my computer?
