Yes Pet Smart protect my pig from XSS, but do they protect him from the latest swine virus?

Well, he could have just had ♥ etched instead.

TRWTF are wallet chains.
|
|
I'm the only geek enough to think that the tag she got is better than the one she intended to buy?

No, I second this motion |
|
As silly-looking as the support priorities are, I think they're probably better for real users than, say, choosing priority on a scale of 1 to 5, or even from "minor" to "critical".
Among other things, they make it possible for a layman who's just having problems getting their new site up from thinking "It's critical for me to get my job done" when "critical" actually means "OMG EMERGENCY THE WHOLE WORLD IS BROKEN". I say this as someone who's worked in web hosting and had users totally mischaracterize the severity of a problem. |
Amen Anon. Amen. |
You beat me too it! Who the fuck wears them now days anyway besides faggy goth kids? |
Yeah, that one's awesome! :D |

HUUUGE OFF TOPIC
But is it our Irish Girl here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_QyYaPWasos at 0:50+ ??? |
Indeed. WTF is a wallet chain? |
|
I recognize Dreamhost's support priorities list anywhere!

I also use the web host with that list of support priorities. They use humor in many of their communications, but in this case I think it helps with choosing the right priority level.
|
|
that critical emergency is from a dreamhost. everybody knows dreamhost has good sense of humour (just read their newsletters... they are actually fun to read)

TRWTF is that someone wanted a <3 on a <3. Course they probably bought the wallet chain to attach it too.

Irish Girl is never off topic. And, yeah, it might be. A few more seconds at the end too. |

I'd like to visit Göteborb sometime, if only it were real...

It's a chain on your wallet that attaches to you clothing somehow. Ostensibly it's there to stop your wallet from being ripped off. Usually they're mostly worn in an effort of look cool, and usually the effort mostly fails. |
Fails on both counts. After all, I think a wallet in your pocket is probably harder to steal than a wallet in your pocket attached to a chain hanging out of your pocket. I pretty sure if somebody ran by, grabbed the chain and yanked hard enough, they'd get your wallet and you'd be left with an embarrassing hole in your pants. |
|
Actually I've done the "OMG PEOPLE ARE DYING" in some helpd3esk software I once wrote, where it allowed people to assign their own priorities.
Neddless to say many people abused it, with everything set as priority 1, so the priorities were named in similar terms, with the ultra top priority option emailing the CEO and a few other people with the problem info. (This was advised at the time, to give people a chance to back out) Needless to say, after many very loud words in the ear, these abusers were put in their place and became good corporate citizens, and the important people were happy at the bonus of immiediate information of major emergencies. Win/win tbh. |

OK, so most people put their dog's name on the tag. Please don't tell me you named your dog "<3".
|
|
"Come on, Less Than Three, WALKIES!"
|
|
I had a similar thing happen when I ordered a Heavenly Ham via web form, whereupon an ampersand was translated to a literal, and somebody transcribed it verbatim:
http://oranchak.com/?p=314 |
Obviously not. His dog's name is "<3" Which is not a smart choice because it takes a lot longer to say "ampersand L T semicolon three, walk" than the simpler "less than three, walk" someone post above. |

...I herd you like <3 so I put a <3 in your <3, so you can <3 while you <3

There's a band by that name. Why not a dog? |

According to the article, the tag was for Fluffy, which is a rather peculiar name for a dog. Perhaps this dog says "meow" a lot? |
|
There was an out of state car in my neighborhood that had &NBSP; as its plate. Maybe it was just a custom non-license tag (front plates aren't issued in PA) but I would have loved </CAR> for my official back plate, and <CAR> for the front.
|
Fluffy as a dog is usually a small white dog. It is not necessarily a male or female and is almost always vicious as all hell. While the owner is not in the room, it will snap at you and try to bite you despite the sweetness claimed by its owner. It will bark and growl at you when it is not trying to bite at you. Fortunately, its size renders it more of an annoyance. If you like the owner, do not kick the dog. |

Every time I come to this site I think of this quote from Napolean Bonaparte:
Never ascribe to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence. |
|
The real WTF is that they can't even spell Göteborg right.
|
|
It's bad if OTHER people are dying, but it could be worse. The most critical status is "Customers are pissed and there's a suspicous Ryder truck parked out front".
|
|
I would totally love a <3 tag for my pet. I see no WTF there.
|
Faggy goth bikers? |
Obviously, the car is the innerText. |

I have discovered that the issue with small dogs is that their head is slightly loose. Twisting their head clockwise 4 turns solves the problem every time. |

Irish Girl Found??

We have previously established that Irish Girl seems to model for Busted Tees. This youtube clip references Busted Tees and in the credits it says "Busted Tees Annamarie Tendler" So is this her? You be the judge: http://www.flickr.com/photos/quittheinternet/439166287/in/photostream/ |
For once "Yo dawg" would be spot on and you OMIT IT? FOR SHAME! np: Dakota Suite - The End Of Trying IV (The End Of Trying) |
Without any question, I am absolutely certain that it is not the original Irish Girl. I think I need to wear my "Irish I were Drunk" shirt more often. Forgot my friend got that for me. |

This would go along nicely with a bumper sticker that says "My other car is a cdr". |
