Or, perhaps more importantly, what if you DON'T want to reset settings?

Write a mouse driver which has two pointers, so you can click both buttons at once?

And if you want to cancel, only the three finger salute would be possible. (But I guess this server is not Windows-based.)

I see that all the time. "Click here to cancel your application"

Then you receive a Javascript popup saying "OK" and "Cancel"

I'm guessing Reset will reset any changes you've made, and apply will apply those changes and restart the router.

Escalators cannot break down. They can only temporarily become stairs. You will never need an "Escalator out of order" sign, only an "Escalator temporarily stairs" sign.

I see escalators out of order all the time. There is another state besides moving escalator and stairs. If the escalator is under repair, usually they block it off, i guess they're worried something will happen that might injure someone.

So I looked at that site, and their ANY key actually says "ANY KEY" on it. That doesn't seem quite right. My A key doesn't have "A KEY" on it. An ANY key should just have "ANY" printed on it.

Further, this site's "Blue Resistor Earrings" are made from capacitors, which "have 1 microfarads!".

Their geek credibility is rapidly falling.

Sometimes as escalator becomes a de-escalator. I saw this once at a busy store. The escalator had stopped so people were using it as stairs. So many people were on it that their weight overcame the brake and it started drifting down as people walked up it. Soon it was going at such a rate that the top person was couldn't make it off. They all turned around and rode it to the bottom. It soon stopped and a new group of people did it again. Wish I'd had a video camera.

I remember one time working at a new company. I started typing, looked down and couldn't find the space bar. I called someone over, Where's the space bar. They pointed to it. That's not the space bar, it says "Any".

Apparently so many people had asked where the "any" key was, they put stickers on the space bar that said "any". I shook my head and started hitting the "any" key any time I wanted a space.

I was in a casino, I was standing by the door, and a security guard came over and said "You're gonna have to move. You're blocking the fire exit." As though if there was a fire, I wasn't gonna run. If you're flammable and have legs, you are never blocking a fire exit... Unless you're a table.

Yeah I love Mitch Hedberg, all of his jokes where he says his name work perfectly for me.

Just to be a nitpicking bastard ;-)...

Technically TCP doesn't have anything to do with routing.

All the routing is handled with IP and ICMP, and the TCP/UDP/SCTP/whatever is encapsulated in the IP packet's payload.

I love Mitch Hedburg too, but this is false. The escalator at my university was "out of order" and fenced off for an entire term; we weren't allowed to use it.

They seriously thought that re-routing around 70% of all traffic at a large university into obscure stairwells because the escalator is on the fritz was better than letting us use it as stairs...

But the space bar is supposed to be the widest key in the keyboard. How could you miss it? especially when all they put was a sticker. hmmm. I say stupid.
