Unfortunately the new format didn't allow for more than 140 characters, which is why only the first part was included. The second part, however, states that administrators were relieved from any priviliges they might have had before.

Happy!

April Fool's Day with friends is fun. Ego shattering and emotional pranks.
April Fool's day with the media is not fun. It becomes an exercise in trust and just how far can they stretch the absurd.

My parents used to ask me to fix problems with a PC my sister gave them. Then I gave them Administrator access. Then they caught the Conflicker Worm. Last I heard, the Worm had sold their clothes on eBay, impregnated their cat, and order 50lbs of steak from the Omaha Steak company.

Long live hackers!

Yeah, only punchlines! No more long drawn-out boring stories, just the points that matter.

Here, an example.
Paula didn't know how to spell "brilliant".

Isn't that much better a story than the original?
