Wow, that sign... xxx.xxx.xxx.159 and xxx.xxx.xxx.4... it's a self-anonymizing WTF!

As for the "An error occurred" error, it's really annoying how MFC loves to pop up "The parameter was incorrect" messages when you compile in release mode. (this is for stuff that would generally cause an ASSERT in debug mode) Let one bug slip by and you start getting calls about those parameter incorrect errors, and nobody remembers what they did to make it happen. (What do you mean TRWTF is MFC? At least it's not PHP!)

Possible that new bill was replacement for a lost bill? And payment was due to that day. Or then their billing system is just screwed...

If you expected that a certain object would not exist, but when you checked you were able to find it, then "found" would be an error. For example, "save new file with this name". "Error -- file with that name found."

Okay, probably not the case here, but just considering the possibilities.

^ This

Also, Comcast is just pioneering a new way of screwing customers for additional revenue. Soon everyone will be sending you new bills that are already "past due" so they can collect $$$$$ in late fees. I know my insurance provider would love do that as their bills are always due only a couple of days after I get them.

Looks more like the London "Countdown" v2 system to me - generally quite reliable since the buses are all GPS-tracked and connected up now.

Looks the same system as the Oxford one then - even with GPS tracking, it's can be misleading and unreliable. Weak points are relying a) on buses not randomly deciding to go out of service to try and get the service pattern restored, and b) the drivers remembering to sign up for their assigned trip at the start.

Several times I've waited 30+ minutes for a bus that was 4 minutes away on the board (on a route with a bus every 8 minutes).

Thats your alarm hand. Its how you set the bell on top to go off. It goes off when the hour hand lines up with it, in this case: 5:50ish.
