Comment On 2.23: Option 8743B-2

The 2.22 Picks:

* halcyon1234 is the clear winner with #217517.

* The La'vaLamp from swordfishBob's #217018 gets the Best. Le'Vamp Prop. Ever. award, which is quite a feat considering the Le'Balloon from a while back.

* Hobson's first attempt at heckle gets the Best Heckler Prize, mostly because I had never heard the "unfold" analogy.
