"Y LOST!" is what a lot of people asked a few years back. The last season even had fans of the show asking the same thing...

Obviously slide brackets come in bulk quantities, and ripping open a 31073-pack to sell just one makes a hash of their stock control system.

When the iPhone came out, Apple didn't want to risk application failures being a reflection on the iPhone, so the made quality control in their app store a priority.

When the iPhone came out, there was no app store. Steve Jobs said you wouldn't want them on a phone and everything would be done with HTML5 in Safari.

6. Sell nine million dollars worth of Slide Brackets for a mere five or six million.

More like,

6. Nine million dollars worth of Slide Brackets arrive.

7. I'm rich! Look at all these fucking Slide Brackets!

8. Oh fuck, WTF do I do with all these fucking Slide Brackets?

9. Sell a few Slied Brackets on Ebay.

10. I'm not making squat and I have no room to live with all these fucking Slide Brackets.

11. Spend weeks and thousands of dollars getting rid of all those fucking Slide Brackets.

12. Prosecuted for credit card fraud, mail fraud, trafficking stolen goods, etc.

13. Fail!

14. The world has *two* less idiots who will never work near a computer as long as they live.

TRWTF is the graphics driver that says "Can't find requested string." Not Windows' fault.

Everybody knows that if an application has an error, you blame the operating system. Apple figured that out a while ago.

So did Microsoft. They spend quite a bit of effort making Windows work with software that makes broken assumptions or just plain does things wrong.

I realise that the IFE is totally unrelated to the flight systems of the aircraft but still .... things like that don't exactly fill you with confidence ...

That's not Windows - it's the shitty management program your graphics card manufacturer installed on your computer.

TRWTF is flying Air Canada.
You let them take you sailing instead? From Toronto to Regina? Oooookaayyyy…

Well, given global warming, there would eventually be some body of water connecting the two... Though you probably could get there faster using a different sailing service than Air Canada when it happens.

Then again - who uses Air Canada for anything? Even in Canada most Canadians know to avoid AIr Canada at all costs (even if it means flying to the US)...

1. Order 6,214,600 Slide Brackets.

2. Yes, go ahead and let them charge $9,259,754 (plus an incidental shipping and handling fee) to your credit card.

3. Receive nine million dollars worth of Slide Brackets.

4. Dispute the charge with your credit card company. There's no way anybody would want nine million dollars worth of Slide Brackets. Must be a computer error.

5. Get the nine million dollar charge reversed.

6. Sell nine million dollars worth of Slide Brackets for a mere five or six million.

7. Profit!

8. The world is now a better place because some idiot at Slide-Brackets-R-Us will never work near a computer again as long as he lives.

Yes yes. Once I read the same amount of miles flown. Yes.
I was on flight Oceanic Airlines 815. I read that mileage just after a bright flash.
Only funky memories after that...
