There was definitely some good variety on 2.1, but I'd have to say 202234 from ":)" was my fave, followed by 202075 from "Matt C.", and Zylon's 202126. And I have absolutely no idea what was said in 202553 by "le chi"... but I like it. That said, here's your the blank for today.

I like the artwork, but IT'S STILL NOT FUNNY. There isn't any humor in the damn thing, AT ALL, and there was no punchline made. We get that Mr. Magenta thinks he's a supervillain so a vampire with a "Medallion of Power" would appeal to him, but he should have made a comment about wanting to steal it or something, so it would at least have a joke in it. It just... ended, abruptly.
In short: Artwork = Good, Funniness = Bad. Maybe that's the point - a WTF-y comic for The Daily WTF.

OMG ObiWayneKenobi, you just don't get it. The medallion and the phrase "operating on very high levels" refer to Tom Cruise and scientology (google "tom cruise medal" and "operating thetan"). So does the vampire outfit (scientology is claimed to suck money like blood from it's followers).

I decided awhile ago that I wasn't going to read these comics. They just aren't funny. I decided to read this one today, and it's still not funny.
But the user submitted comics are hilarious. I was gasping for air. I'm going to go back and see if the same is true of some previous comics. I especially liked the "Clearly I am computing. Well, your monitor has no plugs or cords" lines.
