Yeah. Bit belatedly commenting, websense is... interesting. A while back (though I can't reproduce it now), it was blocking the wikipedia page on bank robbery for being a financial services site. More recently (I can reproduce this one right now), it's blocking the wikitravel page on "New York City" for being about "Restaurants and Dining"... but it doesn't block the wikitravel page on "New York (city)"... which is a redirect to the first one.
