    Couldn't you fudge some data and change the date on a dev box to test it?
    Oh, I did that. Worked fine in the development environment, so I'm not really expecting any problems. I'm just a belt + suspenders + another belt kind of person these days.
    I'm sure nobody cares by now. But my code did, in fact, work in production for 2/29/2012 // 3/1/2013 as expected from testing. That application was finally retired a few months ago, so I don't need to worry about it for 2017. :)
