Second oldest "joke" in IT :
Company owner approaches IT-Pro and former school friend: "You need to help me - my company server room dies every friday at 5 minutes past 1" The IT-pro pays the small company a visit, checks networks, routers, cabling, servers and software - everything is running as good as you can expect of a good configured Win2k Domain. He makes his report to the owner, they spend a friendly dinner and promise to phone "just in case". Surely next friday the server room dies again - so the owner calls the IT-pro. Following week the IT-pro visits the company just at friday noon, after some smalltalk he settles in the server room. As he just wants to get another cup of coffee his eyes meet the wallclock - its 1 pm. Seconds later the door is opened, one of the cleaning staff-members walks in with his trolley, pulls the first plug from the wall outlet and plugs his cleaning trolley in ... and there you have the reason for server downs ^^
