    the real WTF is that it took only 9 hours to handle a low priority call... Those should take months, else customers start expecting critical calls to be handled in minutes :)

    There's one thing I don't get: How stupid are people who work there? Why are frequent password resets even needed? Or are the password policies so draconic that no one can ever even hope to remember the password?
