    How is this a WTF?  Sure, it's funny and all, but it's a user configurable value.  I'd give them several points for creativity, but this is hardly a WTF (unless the W is for 'who').

    THE WTF is in the TigerNet connection where it says 'NOT CONNECTED' and then below says that 'You are connected to.... '

     Ahahahahahaha, as a fan of the Fallout series I endorse this error message, and the Outdoorsman perk which shows this dialogue to you in the first place. >_>I forgot which Fallout this one's from anyway, but it's probably from Fallout Tactics, which was pretty buggy on the very first release - those the same can be said for Fallout 1.  

    No, that was a location. :-) The Talking Head, and it was from Fallout 2. It was supposed to display that to get people curious. After that, it just places the Talking Head on your pipboy map. If you look up the script from the game, it does in fact say "Error" in location name.

    ... or perhaps it's been so long that I've forgotten. Pick one that's more convenient for you. ;-)
