    Right or wrong precedes something that actually was done. Not something provably never done. Specifically something that has been debated before.

    Provably never done? You can't prove Gates never said this. You can perhaps prove he said he never said this, but you can't prove that he ACTUALLY never said it. To do that you would need some kind of impossible to forge recording of every second of every day of his entire lifespan.
