Two articles on the same day messes with my bio clock.

I only see one with today's date. I wonder if this is a timezone related discrepancy?

Another article was visible earlier today above / after this one. Which has happened a few times in recent months.
As to API design, that sounds like a do-all getter, where the results are a WHERE matching the column values supplied, and any null inputs mean "don't filter on this field". I like the few fields near the end whose names are plural, implying a multi-match. The ast couple ending in "?" are especially entertaining. ISTM all the parameters are nullable on the input side, so what's the intended significance of parameter names ending in "?" ?.
