HMmm last image not working.
Admin
It's called
02-weather.png
in the link, but it should be03-weather.png
.Admin
https://thedailywtf.com/images/21/q1/e481/03-weather.png
Admin
TRWTH is that the alt text of the last (not working) image does not indicate what degrees are meant.
Admin
Then again, it quickly approaches the magical -40degrees point where it doesn't matter ;)
Admin
Submit it to WTF.
Admin
At -30 it does not really matter whether you are in F or C
Admin
At +32 it certainly does, so I strongly suspect that it's Celsius.
Admin
or is it that the URL of the images includes the index of the image on the page??? This one thinks it is the third (it is), but the img src in the page HTML has a 2.
Admin
Close enough :-) At -40, the scales intersect: Don't ask me why I know.
Going from 30°C to -30°C is a drastically different experience than going from 30°F to -30°F, however.
Admin
As long as it is not in K it is manageable
Admin
Eventually we learned about the digital currency of the future: the
$null coin
.Admin
And btw, is
Belgioioso
aBelgium
thing?Admin
BelGioioso Cheese Inc. is a cheese manufacturer in Wisconsin.
Admin
Only 3 submissions this week, and one of them is broken?
Admin
As the comic book guy would say: Worst.errord.ever
Admin
Hey, now. I think everyone here should know that 0 and null are not the same thing. If anything, a price of null would mean the sandwich is not for sale.
Admin
I don't have $null, can you break a $NaN?
Admin
The real TRWTF is that there still exists a large, industrialized country that uses Fahrenheit.
Admin
It's both for sale, and yet has no price. I bet I can still eat it!
Admin
If you notice a WTF in the DailyWTF, WTF do you submit it to?
Admin
I'd guess that the weather's degrees are in °C as Beenleigh is in Australia. Not far from the coast, with a climate not that dissimilar to south Florida or Honolulu. It's noted for its rum distillery. A 60°C plummet is… unlikely.
Admin
To properly display that last 404, better use an iframe… ;-)
Admin
The comments ;)
Admin
Actually all it means is that the price information is missing. This could indeed be because there is no price as it is not for sale. But it could also be a data entry error or any number of other problems relating to the path between data entry and the presentation. It's actually an interesting problem to think about. Too bad we can't just grab a debugger to that page. :)
