Exactly: "ERR" is just a spelling error. The correct message is "BURR!!!"

The Real WTF is that there's actually a town called King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

There is also a town called 'Intercourse' which my wife always accuses me of driving too fast through.

My favorite town in PA however is 'Blue Ball'. Other favorites include Bath PA and Jim Thorpe PA.

Captcha == venio (as in Venio PA)

You have to admit, though, that it's pretty convenient to have Intercourse less than 8 miles from Blue Ball.

    http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&saddr=Blue+Ball,+Pennsylvania&daddr=Intercourse,+Pennsylvania&hl=en&geocode=&mra=ls&sll=40.085427,-76.082726&sspn=0.118071,0.137157&ie=UTF8&ll=40.078203,-76.077232&spn=0.118083,0.137157&z=13

19 minutes from blue ball to intercourse, about right depending on your partner.

I work at post.dk, in a department where we process the letters that the massive Siemens OCR monsters can't handle - I probably see some 8-10k letters every day. Receiver addresses being treated as datetime fields (or even stranger bugs) happen quite a lot. Funny thing is that it mostly happens with companies that send large batches of letters, but only on perhaps 10 out of 100 letters from the batch.

I liked the fact that the Sears card being issued to the King of Prussia.

I wonder how many very senior foreign dignitaries (in this case of non-existent countries) are the proud owners of a membership card to such an austere corporation?

I once was the proud owner of a membership card to the 'Irish Club' in Nottingham UK in the name of Julius Caesar. No one ever checked though :-)

This comment is a prime example of a dumb person trying to sound smart. King of Prussia is the name of the town in Pennsylvania.

I'm guessing that Mr CANT READ didn't or couldn't read the fine print on his membership form - the part where it said "Please print name legibly".

The WTF in the Sears prices is that the "regular" price is $81.16 for the first year, $92.99 for the 2nd year, and $97.99 for the 3rd year, which inflates the "You Save" amount somewhat... if they just bumped the 2- and 3-year prices up another couple of notches, they could advertise even better discounts. The other WTF is that the submitter didn't realize that the "You Save" is subtracted from the price, resulting in prices that (surprisingly enough) are better value for the longer plans: $81.16 for the first year, $75.57 for the 2nd, and $74.59 for the 3rd.
