The Real WTF are the google ads today. What does technology and the bible have to do with each other?

Would this be a good time to say - The Real WTF is they have 725 pages of vulnerabilities ?

Where TF are they going to get 725 wooden tables to properly post them all?

    Like 50 nested quotes:

Interesting observation. The advertisers for Bibles and religion are buy adword phrases "totally reject authority" "fun prohibited", etc? OK then.

Captcha: alarm - time to get one

Well, if we eliminated all the vendors and products that don't have releases with the selected version, the list(s) would be whittled down pretty quickly.

In the begining, God created the 0. Not the one you see here, but the proper zero with a slash through it and saw that it was good.

But 0 became board, and did very little. It was listless in the sea of singularityness.

So god took the slash and used it to create 1. 1 was created by the slash and designed to stand next to 0 so that they may be partners, go forth, and simulate real numbers.

I must be really tired because the actual article has me confused. Obviously there are problems with the interface in question, as pointed out by other users, but WTF does "DON'T USE" have to do with rebelling...?

Select a vendor, and the DON'T USE choice goes away, but it says "Page 1 of 0", heh.

I have this kind of problem with FogBugz. You can't delete a release without going into the database. I'm sure they have some usability reason for it, but what if some other admin made a stupid release, or made it only for a specific project, not globally (or the other way around) and I just want to delete it?

No, they are buying ads for phrases like "conscience" (ninth word of the second sentence).

Thank you, mr. obvious. :P I must be tired because that never occurred to me.

Still, I took it for a poorly worded N/A or "don't know" option...

BTW, the pyramid of quotes is actually kinda cool. ;)

The real WTF is that Google Ads coughed up a banner ad for a trip to India. Don't feed the tigers at a zoo, y'see. Do it in India.

  • (cs)

sometimes, specific versions of a product are marked "don't use" to indicate that there are serious problems with them, but are kept for archiving purposes. take linux-2.4.11-dontuse, for example. although having a version named just "DON'T USE", with no actual version number, would be quite unusual.

That depends on whose house you're visiting, and how loud the bells are ringing. Brass bells, silver bells, you know, that sort of thing.
