This is a major government WTF and we could easily have a site dedicated to those. This is not an IT WTF.

"government" and "WTF" are redundant terms. We couldn't easily have a site dedicated to those, because there isn't enough capacity.

You make a copy of the answers. You take those answers with you. You give them to someone waiting in the lobby to be tested or your brother that needs a job. Or you copy every answer book and sell them to prospective agent trainies or whom ever.. sounds like a pretty solid agent to me counter agent that is.

Absolutely. What is the spy business but cheating on a massive scale.

Which makes it rather tricky because you're basically hiring people who are good cheaters and having these interact with foreign people who are willing to cheat their own country. And you have to hope that your agents are not playing the same game... but if they're really good....

I have also worked like this GRG guy. You have to provide a losution, but you can't change the original problem.

BTW, a real government WTF is where the president of a country states "crime is not out of control". Then he gets a massive security wall imported from another country to put around his house.

So your from South Africa as well?

How about the testers taking answer books out of hte cabinet until they found the one that matched theirs? Then fill in the answers and return the booklet.
