The second one looks like a debugging prompt out of a script. I've written stuff like that before (well, not with the word "crap", but using code like alert(document.getElementById("myelement")+" object myelement"))
The third one is arguable as being 2-3 business days for the first option and strictly 48-72h (i.e. including weekends) for the second, but that's stretching it.

I would like to know which version of IE this was. Maybe the beta? Or did it go into production?
Ed. note: this was a page error, not an IE error. I replaced the screenshot so it's a little clearer.
Admin
crap lmao so true

All your boards are belong to Asus.

Two different charges for the same delivery timeframe, plus an in-store pickup delivery charge? Is that some kind of do-it-yourself tax?

YOU'RE WINNER!
(Couldn't help myself)

Oh my God! IE is showing signs of self-awareness!
Captcha: darwin (No, Darwin can't explain that!)

I am Error'd? Was that a veiled reference to Zelda II?

I'll type slowly so you understand.
Take ... a ... look ... at ... the ... first ... image.

The third one is brilliant marketing:
The first option ships in days. But, for only an extra 4 pounds, I can have it shipped in mere HOURS!
"I am the liquor, Randy."

I rofl'd.

Number 2 is really crap.
But number 3 looks, as if the services are from different vendors. "Pixmania Pick-Up" sounds like a special company, offering a pick-up service. So I guess the first and third service are from different companys, and they label a similar offer in different kinds - hours or days.

Well, and now QUNU is angry and moves away:
"Qunu is moving to a new hosting facility and will be back shortly"

(No, you're not service)

I am Service!
Can I has button for click or drop-down selekshun?
Admin
Yeah, I'll go with you on that analysis. Although it certainly is enough to make you stop and say "Huh?". I think it's more a case of the options being poorly titled.
Standard = Ground Express = Plane, car, bus, dogsled...whatever gets it to you in that timeframe.
Admin
KTHXBYE!

Am I the only one who feels slightly insulted that the submitter felt he needed to add the hint at the end, in case we don't get it from the red arrows alone?
Admin
Maybe you should just pick it up at the store
Admin
Obviously ... you've ... never ... played ... Zelda ... II.
Admin
The standard vs. express delivery comparison is just a circumstance of location. Chances are, the 48-72h never changes. If you live 10 miles from the shipping hub, you will get it in a couple days no matter which option you select. If you live in Timbuktu, they will still guarantee 48-72h express but the standard option will be 5-7d.
I'd be more peeved over the fact that you have to pay to go pick it up.

As I know this company, let me explain a little bit. Pix mania is a french company that sell mainly camera. They have store so you can reserve your cam online then get it in the store of you chose. The first option is send using "La poste" the french national postal system which is quiete fast when they actualy work : they go on strike from time to times with no obvious reason. So the shipping can go from 2 days to 4 weeks. The last option is fed-ex or something like it.

The last one could be a way to fool some people by making the more expensive option look faster than the cheaper one just because they say hours and not days.
Admin
I'm glad he did. I'm a little baked...I don't think I would've gotten it if not for that.
Admin
yeah, this doesn't explain "le problem" you know. We're looking at the same time frame, and there is no real distinction of what service is being provided. That stupid usability issue makes this a "wtf. (but only just.)
In fact, this whole article, save for the hidden ASUS feature (which, BTW, hasn't been explained to us how to get to) are just BARELY WTF's themselves.
So the REAL WTF(tm) is this article. All these "errors" are stupidity derived from bad coding, or TESTING habits. I still blame management - the whole way through.
Admin
You're misquoting Lennon. It's "GOO GOO G'JOOB".
sheesh

I love the last one! I don't see anything wrong with it... that's just good marketing. :)

I don't know about that one. From a customer standpoint, the only really important detail (that's worth paying a different price over) is how long it takes. As long as I get it in 2 days, I don't really give a rat's ass how they send it.
Admin
Maybe the first one is trying to say it's running as a service...? Still doesn't explain the huge text or the mystery buttons. And where's Button6?
