Nope, sorry. It's just a trespassing charge, not B&E. I had a car 'broken' into once and the stereo stolen. Cops found out that the rear window wouldn't go up and were therefore only able to call it trespassing and theft.

Not a security hole, but this story reminds me of how I got assigned to work on a ticket once. This ticket included to work with some personal information, like the hourly rates of callcenter agents. This didn't sit well with the upper management of the callcenter, because it would mean that I, a lowly IT-drone, could see THE HOURLY RATES OF THE CALLCENTER AGENTS!!1111
We tried to explain that I, as a member of IT, with access to the whole database, could see those rates anyway if I was really interested in them. More so, I could also see the name, address, telephone numer and birth date of every employee (including upper management), because everything was neatly stored in a single table. They didn't understand, or didn't care. Or didn't want to back down because it would mean they had to admit the had no fucking clue of how things work. So, in the end my boss (a lowly IT-drone himself, but at least with the title 'department head' next to his name) had to work on the ticket. Which of course meant that he couldn't spent time doing different, more important things, which in turn got delayed, so he got yelled at for not finishing those other projects in time.
