    banggood.com probably got it right, except for failing to include the units on the second value and failing to round the percentage to the appropriate number of significant digits. CA$22.40 is about 56% of CA$39.46, which is about US$35.04. It's all close enough that I can believe that's how the exchange rate played out that day.
