    I once had a marketing department that used to like to make up email address and send them out to customers and print them in brochures. Problem was they never told IT to set up the address and then it was a big emergency when they discover that the email address wasn't working. This happened multiple times. Of course that wasn’t as bad as the time they had decided to put our printed material that went to a domain that we didn’t even own much less had a website on.
