Maybe the optional accessory is a second steering wheel for Maggie Simpson.

Ah yes, that'll be what it is. Rather than the possibility that the car comes with no steering wheel, or that it's a second steering wheel for Maggie. Thanks for clearing that up.

LOL, if you try to search for an F-150, you can add in the optional upgrades of "Wheels" and "Pedals"

The extra memory is indeed free. However, the weight pushes the weight of the whole machine over to the next pricing band for the P&P.

No, I think Costco meant free as in free speech not as in free beer. Just imagine all the freedom your allowed with the extra Gb of RAM and no license restrictions!

Yes, but I'm not sure that qualifies as an "accessory." (An Omron HEM-780 certainly doesn't.) The coffee would accessorise the drip, not the other way around.

I think they should have offered a tall porcelain coppa with a nice shiny seat in a Tuscan piazza where Claudia Cardinale smiles at you from across the table. Now, that I'd pay $63.98 for.

When did this become a "funny yet entirely non-computer-related signs" page? Normall we only have roadsigns and such if they're computer controlled. Should I start sending in every typo I see in my local newspaper?

Plus, TRWTF(tm) is that some people still haven't heard that there's actually been quite a lot of crime and violence in South Africa over the past years. Yes, they put that sign up because people WERE getting onto trains with AKs and Zulu-style ceremonial spears.

Yes, me. The clues were, in no particular order:

    1. The Dutch-like language on the sign
    2. The picture of a Shaka-style zulu spear.
    3. The Afrikaans-sounding name of the submitter.

    Now you try.

Try looking into a Jeep Wrangler. Comes stock with half doors and canvas/plastic windows. You have to pay extra to get the full doors with proper glass windows.

no, the violence has been recent (except for the violent crime in Jo'burg), the sign symbols are old, i've never seen an AK in public except for cash-van security men. if you have to poke fun at USA and their gun-toting free-country civilians.

The translation of "No dangerous weapons allowed" is the worst I've ever seen for dutch. Or it is some strange language that's very similar to dutch.

"Geen gevaarlike wapens toegelaat nie" it has to be: "Geen gevaarlijke wapens toegestaan".

Umm ... that train sign is from South Africa (the second languages is Afrikaans). The weapons in the lower-right picture are a knobkierie and a traditional spear.

And since it's South Africa, trying to keep people from bringing AK-47s, axes, knobkieries, knives, and spears onto the train is a fairly major problem. Every one of the weapons pictured has been used on their trains. South Africa has one of the highest murder rates in the world. It makes Detroit and Newark seem positively relaxing.

This largely explains why we left.

It's an ideal, you fool. Age has nothing to do with it. Otherwise I'd have to start specifying the exact sub-species of civet that processed the damn coffee.

Having said that, even now, I'd pay $63.98 to sit opposite Claudia Cardinale.

Actually, I think the engine will be the next Optional Upgrade. You really only need it if you want to go uphill.

All the dealer will need to do is make sure the exit from their parking lot is downhill and you won't notice the problem until you have left the lot (of course with a no-return policy).
