    17179869180GB is 0xFFFFFFFF00000000 bytes. Looks like a 64-bitness bug, perhaps passing 32-bit ints to a function expecting size_ts so it pulls garbage off the stack when size_t is 64-bit. I don't believe eclipse is using 168 bytes either.
