    Just the law of supply and demand. Supply is low, while traffic generated by all the people reading the comments and checking on the price suggests increasing demand, resulting in increase in price.

    The next thing we know, they'll be running a global advertising campaign for Barf, and release Barf V2. We may even get little plastic cocktail Barfs...

    Having installed Postgresql many times, that is not an unusual message - it always creates a ridiculous random string for you, and idiotically doesn't let you select it. I usually print-screen and save the image in the install directory just in case, but I have never actually needed the password for anything.

    Tip of the day: Standard Windows message boxes can be copied into the clipboard in text form with the "Ctrl+C" button when they're up. Using your standard "Paste" function then drops text looking a bit like this:

    This is a critical system process. Task Manager cannot end this process.

    It's better than that - it's broken because Apache isn't set up correctly (http://shopnvidia.com:443/ shows the standard Apache post-install page - yes, it's listening on the HTTPS port, but not for HTTPS). And http://shopnvidia.com/ is some sort of Cisco thing.
