    Cathilic Comdoms need microwaving.

  • (cs)

Only glass cans you won't be using anymore.

    DUH!

  • Inner Demon (unregistered)

Obviously to use condoms might not be safe enough. To ensure absolute safety, you have to microwave everything that is in, on or near the condom, of course including the condom. Before, after - and if you can manage - while using.

DO NOT try at home! ;o)

Being threatened with PERL for parking illegally is enough to convince me to avoid doing so.

Nice try, but I'm blocking images based on their location and their href target. So all the advertising banners are successfully blocked but the additional images further down the page all come through just fine. Maybe you should link the additional images to random sponsors? I'd be pretty much f*cked on the ad-blocking front in that case...

Clearly the correct way to have installed that door was steps up on either side to a raised door.

Or two lifts and a walkway over the cables if disabled accessability is a requirement.

  • (cs)

It does indeed sum up that chain's customer service desires; that said, I didn't know that "nationwide" now meant "from Michigan with sprinkles of stores in other Midwestern states".

  • Wizou (unregistered)

I'm really curious to know what was behing that door... a lift ? an exit ? a toilet ? or maybe some network and electricity cables ?

  • Steve (unregistered)

I don't get the lift/exit/toilet one. Here in London all lifts double as toilets and most lead to an exit, so all those signs would be accurate.

  • (cs)

    Is it a unisex toilet?

Does anyone here know enough Arabic to say whether the Arabic sections of the signs add to the list of things you might find behind the door?

Spot on. It was the other side of the door blocked by the conduit.

You're talking about Target, right? They started in Minnesota and have over 1,500 stores across 48 states. That's nationwide to me.

It's the same here in the States. Especially at parking garages.

Just to post some friendly word-of-mouth:

We've used Aurigma's Graphics Mill thingy in an ASP/classic web app, because it supported a full freeform 4-point-to-4-point deformation, whereas others only supported simple skewing and perspective transforms.

Obviously not Target. Target's carts are all red. These carts are blue, not unlike an even more massive chain of discount stores that spread out of Arkansas are cover the whole nation.

Yeah, god forbid the owners of this free site dare to try and make some money to cover their expenses.

According to this dictionary, the Arabic words next to "lift" and "exit" do say the same as the English. I'm not sure about the word above "toilet" though...

The handjob one reminds me of a sign I spotted from a coach going up the M6 (...big road in the UK...):

"XYZ Car Washes: The Best Hand-Job In The North!"

I'm sure there's an interesting story behind how Perl ended up on that sign, but I'll be damned if I can figure out what it is.

However, the signage is unlike that chain's, the products are missing their obnoxious green price tags, and the shelf tags (from what I can see from this terrible angle) don't look right either.

    I believe that it's Meijer.

  • (cs) in reply to ATimson

If you look at the tags on the shelf beside the blue cart, they look like yellow post-it's hanging off the shelf with possibly a hint of orange at the top. That looks just like a Wal-Mart "rollback" price tag.

    I wonder how that works...

tow ($vehicle, $illegal_spot, $impound_yard) or die "Someone's parking brake is on";?

  • (cs)

The new door seems right. They wanted a door, and now they have one. The people who installed the door did not know how to move the conduit, so they didn't.

You are closer now to what you wanted, right? All you need is someone to move the conduit, and you'll be completely done.

Actually, looking at the yellow tags next to the cart and the fact that the shelves are filled with groceries, it could easily be my local Kroger supermarket. And Meijer rules, much nicer than wally world but not as pretentiously hip (i.e. expensive) as Target. If only their electronics section (especially PC games) didn't suck.

I presume for the bin one is supposed to cover over the wording that doesn't apply, leaving only that which does visible.

That door won't open. The hinges are on the conduit/whatever side. It would be veerrrryyy interesting if someone unlocked it from the other side, and put a shoulder into the "stuck" door.

Of course, it makes me wonder why for cans and waste we mustn't combine but for glass, meh - we'll accommodate.

The label on the Durex package is actually a product warning. It is instructing you to remove the condom before placing your genitals in a microwave.

Personally though, I've never borked a girl who was so ugly that I wanted to microwave my pecker when I was done. But that's just how I roll...

Because then you'd need a second handle. It would be like a Dutch Door. You know -- like the one Mr. Ed had.

There's a car wash in Ireland that you might want to check out...

  • (cs)

With the trash/recycling receptacle bin, I think the intent is that the two options which it's not should be blocked out with black tape. I've seen setups like that in airports fairly often, where there will be three identical bins side-by-side but with different words blocked out. (They'll also have differently-shaped holes in the lid as affordances to imply what should go in - round cutouts for plastic/aluminum, a slot for paper, and wide open for trash.)
