When you read the word "trapezoid" did anyone else think of the Simpsons?

"First, let me assure you that this is not one of those shady pyramid schemes you've been hearing about. No sir. Our model is the trapezoid!"

I half expected Gaye B to jump out the window to escape.

Would you like to sign up for Kramerica Industries instead?

Yeah I couldn't believe it at the end. I would love to find a client that's just itchin' to throw money at anything. TRWTF is that he didn't take the job.

The problem is that web site design would only ever be a small part of your work. From time to time, he might ask you your opinion on some aspect of the web site. He may even, in a less confident mood, express concerns to you about the project as a whole.

You could tell him that you don't believe that it will succeed, and never did, but took the job anyway. Or you could string him along for a bit longer.

There is some overlap between the skills needed to make a good web designer and a good con artist, but it's not that much. Maybe Gaye didn't have the knack for it.

    How about:

    $ cd sandwich $ ./configure --topping=ham $ make && make install

Wait, Alice and Bob have a kid? They can't even communicate properly!
I suppose that explains the name they chose.

I wonder if he has a sibling called Gaye A. Or did the main character simply make funny sounds as an infant?

"half-million-dollar homes with the occasional Bentley or Rolls Royce in the driveways"

Ok, either this guy knows nothing about realestate, or is completely full of it.

    Who has a $500,000 house with a $100,000 - $300,000 car?

For that matter who considers $500,000 a nice house.

Hell, here for $500,000 you are looking at a either a crappy house in a bad neighborhood or something so far out of the city it would take you 2hrs to get to work each morning.

    Do you live in Brussels?

Wow, here in Michigan, with the way real estate values have plummeted, for $500,000 I think you could buy half of Detroit.

I heard a story on the news that said the median sale price of a home in Detroit last year was $4,500. Of course, if you decide to move to Detroit to save on your mortgage payments, remember to offset that savings with the amount that you'll lose to muggings.

The cats actually own the house. He's just a subtenant.

Indeed. And how can I join the newsletter?

I knew a Sergeant Gay, and went to basic with Privates Ball and Sack. Also, by now Lieutenant Wood should be a Major... You see lots of weird names in the military.
