    The correct passive-aggressive response would be to unplug the monitor and make sure that it did, in fact, have water inside by inverting it above Anna's chair. Once no more water comes out, plug it back in and tell her to try it now, and try not to laugh when she sits down in her puddle.

    that last one reminded me of a Dilbert comic: after the equipment guy says he won't let employees upgrade, but will replace broken equipment, EVERYONE threw their old computers out the window!
