Depends... I suspect some faraway delivery address has been entered, such as the South Pole. Especially now that the photo is taken so that the address block is not visible.

The range 1938-2038 suggests they're storing the year as a signed integer of seconds since 1970 and then felt the need to cap it at 100 years or something.

Could be because if you try to photograph a reflective surface from straight in front of it, you often get a very obvious reflection of the camera/phone and/or the photographer.

In Sweden we use , as a decimal point, guess some part of the Ikea system where using the Swedish number format. Then a system further down the line used American number formatting and thus it became huge.

It's a bank account number, hardly private info really. Mine is on all of my company stationary and website for all to see. I find it best to let customers know how to pay me, nothing unusual about that.
