Isn't that "cilentVersion" typo just the cutest thing you've ever seen?

  • RLB (unregistered)

Well, at least we now know that Hans H. has a good taste in books.

Small Gods, isn't it? Best Discworld novel, IMHO :-)

Only if the lions are for those responsible for all the WTFs.

Did you actually get 120530190138 Riolu rare candies from your buddy for that big run? That would be awesome.

Brinio H, you have broken the laws of Special Relativity! Off to the jail with you!

Can confirm that PowerBI is one of the dumbest things I have ever had the pain to use. It's even creakier, buggier, crashier, and stupider than Teams, which takes some doing.

It says way too much about me that I knew instantly which author wrote that book. Rest in peace, Sir.

"cilentVersion" - as opposed to "noisyVersion"?

(You'll get this if you know Cyrillic.)

Is it sad when you can read a single sentence of a geeks' book from a Kindle snapshot and immediately know the book, the author, and can give a plot summary?

Page 31? That belongs into the Off-By-One-Thread. Twice. Because that ought to be page 42.

  • Angela Anuszewski (google) in reply to RLB

    What book is that?

  • PEBCAK (unregistered)

Hans is reading his Kindle in Page Flip Mode!

Or if you know that c can be soft in English.

Not a problem at all. Pity those who cannot.

Looks like a Terry Pratchett/Discworld novel, but I never got more than 31 pages into one myself before dying of boredom and irritation at the fact it was (when I got hold of it) compared to the work of the vastly superior Douglas Adams.

Unfortunately I didn't get any candies whatsoever ;-(
