That's just false. Assuming you're talking about Europe, people die all the time because of inadequate healthcare. For example, US is better than Europe at treating heart conditions, cancers, and strokes. Where the US lags is primary care and prevention, but that has more to do with obesity; and life expectancy, but that's impacted by other factors (like deadly drugs and gang violence in certain demographics). The statement "Europe has better regulations across the board than USA" is BS, plain and simple.
