The names go on: If you go to the previous page about "Oscar Thagor", the most similar name is apparently "Faribaa". Apparently, girls' names starting with "F" are very similar to boys' names starting with "O", why not?
Eric R., you shouldn't care if you're signed up or not until there's actually severe weather, see https://xkcd.com/937/

I think Shawn made a punctuation mistake when feeding his generator program. "Let's see. Let's enter 'BitCoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, , Dash, Ripple, EOS' this time. Did I enter two commas there? Oh, well, that shouldn't affect anything." His programmer should have checked for empty or white-space entry.

So... Someone entered their name as NOT when signing up for the weather service. That is probably not a bug. That is someone entering a dumb value for their name. TRWTF is that someone sent that in...

Error'd is the most difficult kind of article to read, because I naturally scroll past anything that resembles an ad, then remember and have to scroll back.

Due to GDPR, they are not allowed anymore to store the first names and find similar ones directly, so this is just an unfortunate hash collision. :|

Some of these bugs strongly hint at vaguely unethical business practices.
"Everything is on sale" is a really common scummy sales tactic. The store probably doesn't have an option for something not being discounted. And if everything is on sale all the time, nothing is really on sale. For anyone who doesn't agree, I'll sell you my TV for 99% off (NB: the standard store markup that I charge is ~1,000,000%).
And why would there be a generic "X coin" financial status template article? Does this mean they regularly publish such things as some kind of pump-and-dump scheme or similar?

No, it's not my fault. I am just quoting Arial and Georgia after they got drunk and got into action.

For some reason, I find myself wanting to read the Google News fonts to the tune of "We Didn't Start the Fire".

About the same time I wrote them a comment on this issue. Still "awaiting activation" ("moderation" in this forum's jargon).
Tried a few other names - they seem to divide or multiply the name's position by two sometimes. Maybe some right-shifting or left-shifting?
