What the frist is that frist?

I guess that's what they mean by frist-class functions.
The frist one has inefficient unnecessary arrays, if, loops. It recalculates a constant on every invocation.
And it's misused by the socend one. Which itself is failure. And only the fristly parameter passed to the frist function is used.
Truly frist class all around.
