    The car/fish license is just Google trying to guess what you meant. There's no such thing as "car licensing" in the UK. If you ask about "car tax" it takes you straight to the relevant page. If you ask about "car licensing" it does give you some results about car tax (vehicle excise duty) and some about driving licenses, which seems a reasonable interpretation. I've no idea why it suggests "road license" as that's definitely not a thing, but if you click it then it assumes that "road" is a typo for "rod", as "rod license" is the usual term in the UK for a license to fish, and returns information on that.

    The official (and archaic) name for Car Tax in the UK is "Road Fund License", but I doubt anyone has used that since the 60's.
