    Doubt it [1] would ever look at a standard; and if it ever tried to sort plain-text list by date, it probably would assume it needed a GUI spreadsheet to do the job.

    OTOH, could simply be YHBT.

    The 100-nanosecond resolution also hints that the backend service is probably ASP.NET, because it matches the precision of DateTime.Ticks. The visual appearance of the field and label would also support that conclusion in my mind.
