I don't know about anybody else, but the single frame of this video that was used as a "placeholder" caused me to be (intellectually) curious about it and I was going to pose a question.
Then I watched the video (videos don't play on my work PC) and saw the frame in context, and it answered itself.

Fortunately I've only had to deal with dates (and not times) but even then, I had to take over some code which dealt with accounting intervals. These intervals were one month long, so how did the original programmer store them?

,1299
,0100
,0200
etc... At some point I converted them to1999-10-01
,1999-11-01
,1999-12-01
,2000-01-01
,2000-02-01
etc. for my sanity. (Sadly the UI builder wouldn't let me useMMyy
as an input format, but it worked great as an output format.)Admin
