The 5 for £6 offer includes other items worth more than £1. Next!

That celery are part of a deal on multiple different items, some of which are more than £1.20. Celery will be among the cheapest because celery is vile.
So if potatoes are £2 a pack, tomatoes are £1.50 and celery is £1 per pack I can buy two lots of each for a total of £6. I don't make as big a saving as if I were buying 6 packs of potatoes, but I probably don't need 6 packs of potatoes, I need a mixture of stuff.
Admin
(Also if you inspect the small print on the yellow label it says "Any 5 for £6 OR LESS"... So even if you do but 5 lots of celery, its only £5. Unfortunately you'll still be stuck with 5 packets of Satan's toothpicks)

I have nothing to do with celery

While I have no problem with celery, this comment made me genuinely lol, so 100 internets to you, sir or madam.

It’s the egg beaters that are expensive.

Now this is really thoughtful by MS: Only few appreciate the German calendar, starting in 416 AD to commemorate when Priscus Attalus, Roman usurper, was forced to participate in a triumph celebrated by emperor Honorius in the streets of Rome, just to be exiled to the Lipari Islands after the festivities.
(Also reCAPTCHER just successfully identified me as non-human, as it failed to "know" all fields containing apartment houses.)

It's Transport for London, who happen to know that url domains are case-insensitive.

Looks more like someone submitted it from mobile and no-one checked/corrected it before just pasting it into the article.
Not sure which bit is worse.
