    That messy document reminds me of what you get when you open a .DOCX document in Notepad, when somebody has renamed the file to .TXT. I wonder if somebody renamed an .ASPX file as .ASP or even .TXT to get those results.

    Given that .ASPX pages are completely text based, I don't think that is the issue.

    Based on the photos, the messy page looks to be Japanese. Protip: your browser has the encoding menu. Select appropriate one there if it falls to autodetec5 (which it often does for Japanese sites).
