Cool doesn't have a return statement. Or any other statement. Cool just has expressions. There are no boolean operators. You just nest if statements. I played too much Dwarf Fortress. My sentences all look like this. It was inevitable.

Never seen one looking like this, but mobile ATMs are not uncommon. They can be used in case of events if significantly increased ATM usage is expected, or if the normal ATM is out-of-service for extended time (EG because they are renovating the building, or because someone blew it up).

I've done similar in the past:
