If you convert it from GB into bytes it's 2^64 + 1. Almost certainly it started as a -1 signed 64 bit integer, but treated as unsigned. I can't think of a reason for the +1 though.

For context, the "undefined" gain was for Jim Allister, of the "Traditional Unionist Voice" party. I guess the combination of this being so unexpected, and involving a Northern Irish party, meant that the database wasn't equipped to handle it…
