LinkedIn might have a doubleplusgoodlist for emoji, and reject anything not on the list, because it might be offensive. Which, to be honest, could easily happen, especially since skin colors have become a thing.

LinkedIn is definitely losing its way - I'm getting similarly irrelevant jobs, and what with "collaborative articles" poorly written by AI and then sabotaged by members, the signal/noise ratio is getting significantly worse

I’m feeling famous… I am Mark W(hybird) who submitted the goodreads date picker last week, and now my LinkedIn submission from ages ago got plucked out of the past!

LinkedIn is the new Facebook. Completely with conspiracy theorists and “IQ” games. Showing how morally superior you are and soon even …. Games. When looking for a job I am not interested that someone in your company ran a marathon. Or that diversity week was a huge succes. Or that Biden and Trump are both controlled by the larger corporations (I am not even living on that continent and cannot vote for either of them). I just want a job!

Well, it seems you can become a part-time cleaner in Italy.
