Yes, their support and customer service is great. They have helped my company many times get projects accomplished, and we can be so much more productive in a short amount of time because of that software. It's a great tool. Oh, and by the way, it's expensive as hell, but not quite the number everybody's throwing around here. It's only $15,000, not 20,000.
