How about we keep the 3 a day, and call it "Pop-Up Potpourri"? We could even host it on a site called The Daily WTF!

    I like the 3/post format

What exactly is a CD receiver (in the 3rd picture)? My first thought was that it was both a radio and a CD player, but it says at the bottom "Bluetooth/CD receiver." I understand receiving a bluetooth signal, but I didn't realize that CDs sent out a signal (other than audio). Does CD mean something else in this case?

It's an in dash CD player/Radio that can be used witha bluetooth phone for speakerphone. (I went to the site, they have fixed it)

My vote: Rarer posts, more per post; at least 3. Even better, back to the old pop-up potpourri style of very rare posts, dozens per post. But if the choice is between 1 per post, one a day, and 3 per post, 3 a week, definitely the latter one.

I love three three times as much as I love one.

    3-a-post is MUCH better!

    Prefer the few-in-one-batch selection

I'm not technical enough to understand many of the examples of shockign code, but I can always appreciate Error'd.

    More is good.

One laugh is good, two is better, three ....

Lets face it, we could all do with some more laughs each day to help us get through.

CAPTCHA: onomatopoeia - and here was me thinking i would never have to see that word after high school.

I prefer the one per post per day. Anyways, the more the merrier. Why restrict to one error'd per day?

It looks to me like the motorcycle calender code came from the credit card rewards code, you know, with all the blackout dates. Except now they blacklist anyone who had the gall to inconviniance their mother by insisting on coming out on a blacked out day. (Note: Sarcasm.) However, it does appear to me that you could still enter the date directly, so if you were born on the 25th you just enter 12/25/1920 into the text box.

3 a day wins, they're too short by themselves.

    3 a day for me

What if the children rules rule the rules of the parent rules when the rules of the children rules are ruling the parent rules of the rules?

  • (cs)

Definitely should be three or more in every post (however often the posts are) - since some of the Error'd posts in recent weeks have started to suck, and having three decreases the odds that they'll all suck in a given post. But, more's always better - if you can manage to post three a day every day, or even (god forbid) seven days a week, that'd be great

Three Error'd a day, keeps the code doctor away!

I like the new format :-)

    David G:
Jesus wasn't born on the 25th of December. Nobody knows when he was born.

This doesn't work. If nobody knows when he was born, how do you know that he wasn't born on Christmas day?

Just about the best present Santa could bring, so it's a pretty good choice if God's trying to decide what day to use.

Evidence points to an autumn birth sometime before 4 BC. The bible says that Joseph went to report in for the Roman census, and while there Mary gave birth. The Census was done after harvest in september but well before winter (as roads would be intraversable in winter).

Yep. As a clever move, Christians took over the former Pagan's holy celebrations for the new faith to become more popular and better accepted. Late December being the winter solstice celebration in Pagan religions, it was a natural thing to place Jesus' birthday to celebrate around that time.

Personally I love to have something daily, however having 5 things a day is great, Each day I log in to see what's new.

I'd love to see the stories more a tues, wed, thurs format, and the funny quickies Monday and Friday, because those are the days that are busy, because of the weekend.

Just my opinion, but hopefully a useful one.

Larger posts are better for these. One alone just never ends up being funny, IMO.

I thought the Rules thing was completely understandable. Frankly, I don't think it should be reworded at all.
