Kudos. It was fun. It beat arguing login states...it seemed like the login state thread was the troll, and not your thread.

As a fellow Brisbanite, I tried the phone number for the Bavarian restaurant. The problem is 000 is the Australian equivalent of 911.

We just have to go deeper, Inception style, to fully understand this "Log in to Log Out" ordeal.

The error message from Medal of Honor was intentional. A bit of dry engineering humor, manually translated into 10-or-so languages.

I worked with that team. Initially the message seemed a bit silly - but now that it has brought the game onto TheDailyWTF and worldwide glory, it was clearly worth it!

    "1 bottles"

I never thought sprintf("%d bottle%s", bottleCount, bottleCount == 1 ? "" : "s") was all that hard. If it's localized in multiple languages, translating both singular and plural and choosing the correct one isn't hard either. Just a pet peeve of mine...

We'll let you do the translations for Japanese, Russian, and some other Slavic languages, then.

It's a little more complex than adding something to the end of a string whenever you're dealing with more than one object.

    TRWTF is toll roads.
TRRWTF is that every road isn't a toll road. Why should I pay for a street I never use?

Why should those without cars be forced at gunpoint to pay for highways?

You don't have road tax for car owners and road tax on fuel in your country to pay for the roads?
