RE Dunkin Donuts: I once noticed that when a form has a multiple choice question, spammers had a strong tendency to select the first choice. Whether this was lazy people or automated spam software or both, I don't know. So on one of my forms, I added a first choice of "This is spam, please ignore". Then the form processing threw out submissions where this was chosen. This caught a large percentage of the spam for a while. I haven't checked it lately, maybe they've gotten smarter.

I think the idea behind these isn't to stop bots it's to make sure the person is actually reading the question. I think it's a little more effective when you have it hidden in a list of questions instead of one by one but either way it's not as WTF-worthy as it first might appear. :)
