    As silly-looking as the support priorities are, I think they're probably better for real users than, say, choosing priority on a scale of 1 to 5, or even from "minor" to "critical".

    Among other things, they make it possible for a layman who's just having problems getting their new site up from thinking "It's critical for me to get my job done" when "critical" actually means "OMG EMERGENCY THE WHOLE WORLD IS BROKEN". I say this as someone who's worked in web hosting and had users totally mischaracterize the severity of a problem.

    Fails on both counts. After all, I think a wallet in your pocket is probably harder to steal than a wallet in your pocket attached to a chain hanging out of your pocket. I pretty sure if somebody ran by, grabbed the chain and yanked hard enough, they'd get your wallet and you'd be left with an embarrassing hole in your pants.

    Actually I've done the "OMG PEOPLE ARE DYING" in some helpd3esk software I once wrote, where it allowed people to assign their own priorities.

    Neddless to say many people abused it, with everything set as priority 1, so the priorities were named in similar terms, with the ultra top priority option emailing the CEO and a few other people with the problem info. (This was advised at the time, to give people a chance to back out)

    Needless to say, after many very loud words in the ear, these abusers were put in their place and became good corporate citizens, and the important people were happy at the bonus of immiediate information of major emergencies.

    Win/win tbh.

    Fluffy as a dog is usually a small white dog. It is not necessarily a male or female and is almost always vicious as all hell.

    While the owner is not in the room, it will snap at you and try to bite you despite the sweetness claimed by its owner. It will bark and growl at you when it is not trying to bite at you.

    Fortunately, its size renders it more of an annoyance. If you like the owner, do not kick the dog.

    I have discovered that the issue with small dogs is that their head is slightly loose. Twisting their head clockwise 4 turns solves the problem every time.
