If a website said my date was invalid, I'd dump the website.

This is clearly is far from a philosophical conundrum: Clearly, you can only detach a No Name found disk from a No Attached VMs found! Attempting to do this with a named disk is clearly a user error.

OK, I'm the other guy in the world (besides Manuel) who prefers text, and indeed one gets a lot of crap this way. From mojibake to HTML entities & escapes in a plain text to broken links to people treating it as a kind of noscript block etc.

So to whom it concerns (I know they won't be reading here), if you want to send HTML only, that's fine, just do it. But by sending multipart/alternative, you claim to send an equivalent text form, and if you can't/don't want to do this, just don't use multipart/alternative. 🖕

I believe it was found those pizza apps offering the timeline were fake - instead of actually revealing the order status, it just ran on a timer. The only time it was accurate was when it actually was out for delivery.

...especially if the website happened to be a dating site.

Okay, then there's at least three of us who prefer text/plain.

What I really like is the ones where the text part makes a condescending comment about plain text emails, and/or tells me to switch to HTML mode. Especially when the HTML part is a bunch of plain text inside

    tags.

^ Well I'll be damned, the auto moderation system caught an actual spammer! It's like when you happen to kill a bee with the otherwise worthless cane in Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde on NES.
