The energy bill one is a double WTF. First, the government decided to give everyone £400 towards their bill. This is paid in six instalments. Mathematicians will have noticed that 400 is not a multiple of 6, so it's not possible to get six equal payments. And apparently giving everyone £402 instead would break the bank.

In fact you get two payments of £66 and four of £67. E-on appear to have missed this fact and said "you will get £67 per month", which is not true for every month.

If one rounds £66.66 you get 67. if you truncate you get 66. Consistency in the presentation layer is a nice idea. Not seen all that often, but nice when it happens.

And yes, £402 would have been so much easier. But in IT the customer is always right.

Maybe Joel was travelling to Null Island, aka the location off the coast of Africa at (0°, 0°).

Clearly the package Anonymous is expecting is being delivered to his Nan. People being in the location field should not be surprising since some guy called Erick transported it from Tennessee to New Mexico.

Hmm, a delay due to a missing translation? That must be a frist!

    Happy New Year to all!

About the package Anonymous is expecting: the last column appear to show the places where the events happen. And a place is definitely not a number, right? So, it's not wrong.

    P.S. Happy GNU year!
