    The secret shopper people just don't want to deal with people are x'10" or x'11". It's a know fact that when people that close to the next foot mark become become paranoid that are being discriminated against based on their height.

    Using your thumb, count the knuckles on the same hand. 12! Dates from ancient Egyptians, I believe. You can now count to 24 on two hands. :)

    Isn't brunette a female-only appellation? Sort of like blond vs blonde? Did they have a corresponding hair color for males or just call it brown?

    I mean maybe it was a female filling out the form, but it's odd to think someone would actually take the time to create gender-specific drop-down boxes for hair colors.
